The High Point community is a manufactured home community and current listings range from the mid 20's (expect to be doing a lot of updating and repairs in that price range) to the highest price of $128,500. There are plenty of shopping and dining opportunities nearby and one of the three Hernando County hospitals, Oak Hills Hospital, is only a few miles away.
The area offers many recreational opportunities including the Weeki Wachee Springs State Park, Pine Island beach park, the fishing piers at Bayport and Jenkins Creek, and many other County Parks. One of the County's public libraries is also only a few miles away.
