Murphy NC starts out with 3 to 5 inches of snow in 2013!

Murphy NC starts out with 3 to 5 inches of snow in 2013! What a way to welcome in February and spend the weekend too. This is the just right amount of snow to enjoy while out driving around Murphy NC and seeing all our beautiful scenery covered in white. The animals are all out running and romping everyone and  everyone sledding or building snowmen.

Everyone in Murphy NC are building snowmen   Murphy NC first snow scenery 2013

We never got to do this back in South Florida - that’s one of our top reasons we moved and love living here in Murphy NC too. We have four mild seasons here in the
Murphy and Hayesville, NC and our surrounding Hiawassee, Blairsville and Blue Ridge, GA mountains.

Beautiful scene in Murphy, NC.  Love the snowman and his friend.

Like you I prefer four seasons, however, here along the lake winter is not mild.  I enjoy it so much I am planning to cross country ski this afternoon.

I love looking at the snow, Carol, and I can see why you love it in Murphy, NC.  It was 77 degrees here today, one of the reasons I live HERE :)

Lee and Carol,

That is pretty, but rather have the green after I took a few photos. :)
