Do you really find owners in denial? I thought the media had spread such gloom and doom that today's sellers would realize that the market is soft...

Big business!  use small adds and you will get calls.  I'd explore getting paid something up front, and crediting it back for cleaning and moving when you close.  Good stuff, but don'r let ss's drain you dry.

I handle short sales in Camarillo California.  I recently was contacted by a seller that needed to complete a short sale.  I received an offer on his home in NINE (9) days!  We are now in escrow and negotiating with the lenders.  Please do not wait to contact an area specialist.  A short sale (short pay) will prevent a foreclosure on your credit record...

RJH- wow!!! Before i even finished posting my block I had 4 responses. Thank you for your response. Good luck and you take care as well. "This market is terrible for everyone. If you are not in it as an REO agent, I don't see how an agent is surving".

Vickie- Yes I really do...I runinto people that are in the foreclosure process and have only months if not weeks before the sheriff comes knocking on their door and still they don't want to sell their home. I have given them options on what to do or how to do it and still nothing. One of my clients is aReal Estate attorney, who lost his house in foreclosure??? Go Figure.

NATE- What do you mean??? Thank you for your advice, can you elaborate a bit more.

Barry- congratulation on your new deal, GOOD LUCK!!! BTW I copied your last line, I forgot to post that on my BLOG.
