Get Healthy In The Rain - My Goals for 2013 | I think this challenge comes at a great time. Often January slips by us and we have not adopted our New Year Resolutions into our life. At least that is my case. I have put an effort into eating healthy and reducing the amount of food that I eat, mainly the quality of the food, but I have not fully implemented the exercise portion of My Goal for 2013, which is to lose 70 pounds by July 21st. Yes, 70 pounds! Part of this weight loss is changing eating habits, exercise and making changes that are permanent not just for the moment. I want to never have a weight problem again. This is the last year that I will be worried about my weight.
I know that not being my ideal weight effects my Real Estate business, personal life, mental health and physical health. I am just not as healthy as I should be. I have a lot going on as most people do but it is time to dust off Jillian Michaels Body Revolution and get healthy! My husband was so kind to purchase the program for me last year and I tried it for two weeks with results and then life got in the way.
No more excuses, Jillian Michaels Body Revolution needs to become apart of life, so exercise and healthy living does not get pushed to the side, TODAY is the day that I begin, after all it takes 21 days to create a habit.
