A CRM can help your business soar! Too dramatic? Not really. Have you ever met a person who's business has suffered because they started using a CRM? At it’s core, what is a CRM?  Basically it’s a unified database that houses information in one place. While this may seem simple enough, it really is an invaluable tool to help you manage and grow your real estate business. Having all your important customer information in one place is invaluable.  It sounds too good to be true, but with the right strategy there’s no real downside!

10.  Break free from the bonds of isolated information
A CRM applic
ation will undoubtedly clean up your desktop -- as an agent your time is valuable so don't waste it being disorganized.  With your processes, mail, contacts, tasks and projects all in one place, there is no longer any excuse for information to be scatterd everywhere.

9.  360 degree view of customers and prospects
When it comes to dealing with customers, surprises should be kept to a minimum.  The only way to do this is to have a complete view of all information on that customer or prospect.  This information is your armor in the battle to close that deal or get a new client, and keep that customer or prospect from signing with another agent.

8.  Build strong relationships – a direct result of #9
Building stronger relationships with your customers means knowing your background information, doing your homework, and having it on hand at any time.  This type of information is at your fingertips when you have a CRM system.

7.  Historical Reference
It’s nearly impossible to recall events accurately without a frame of reference.  With a CRM, you will have time stamped, historical notes detailing the length and depth of interaction you have had with your customers, prospects, and business partners.

6. Keep you current… with diligent use
Historical reference is important, and you also need to be current.  Diligent updates to your CRM help you up to date at all times.

5.  Helps communication and collaboration
Many first time CRM users are surprised at the improved communication that a CRM can bring.  With a trail of contacts, emails and tasks, tags and following, it’s easy to find out track what your co-workers are doing, and when they are doing it.
