Highlands Ranch Real Estate : Westridge Knolls 2012 Year End Statistic
Welcome to early 2013 and a new Highlands Ranch real estate market. To close out 2012 we wanted to bring you the year end statistics for the Westridge Knolls neighborhood.
After three slow years, sales in 2012 really picked up matching 2008 levels. One thing I found interesting was how brisk the second half of the year was. Through June 16 homes sold in Westridge Knolls, July through the end of the year 27 homes sold. In the prior four years the split was much more even with 73 homes selling in the first half of the year and 67 in the second half. This surge in sales in the second half of 2012 seems to be continuing in 2013 with the few homes listed in Westridge Knolls selling often in a day.
Again, with this chart you can actually see the improvement in the market. Homes in 2008 were selling, on average, in Westridge Knolls in 38 days, spiking at 87 days in 2010 and back down to 39 days in 2012.
