Of all the gadgets and technology out there I wish that when someone visited my website there would be someone to talk and guide them. Yes actually talk to them. I know that there are some programs that a character can say welcome to my website but I want more. lf someone asked for a home in an area between a certain amount the listings would pop up on the screen. If the visitor wanted to fine tune the criteria than they would be shown how to find it by a video.
If the visitor wanted to hear about me or any other tab they wouldn't need to read off the screen but just listen.
Of course this would need to be provided via an updated IDX feed giving visitors as many search possibilities as we have when entering fields for a new listing. I'd like to be able to choose a radius of 50 miles from my main office regardless of which MLS had the information but at least the information would be accurate as it is on realtor.com
Lastly I'd like my website to act like centralized information for a transaction. I would want to be able to give a client access to sign documents and also all the parties involved to see where we are in the process . The lenders, attorneys, title companies and agent would include updates and upload documents into cloud storage.
