Inventory is short so buyers must be aggressive and be ready to pull the trigger if they see a home they like.

In NC we are still experiencing a 3 bedroom, 2.5 bath first time home buyer popularity, but I am sure we will be right with you shortly Joe. I agree, being able and ready to pull the trigger quickly is necessary.
