Let Me Introduce Myself

I started blogging here on Active Rain in the past several weeks by posting some older blogs as a reminder of where we have been the past several years and how far we have come.  I neglected to introduce myself to the community.  I am an Agent and partner with my wife who is an Associate Broker with Realty ONE Group.  I am also an appraiser with over 26 years of experience primarily in the realm of complex (luxury) residential properties.  Since 1998 i have appaised or sold over 2200 properties valued at over 1 million in the Scottsdale and Paradise Valley markets.  If anyone has any questions on our market, please do not hesitate to contact me by emailing chris@coleteam.net.  If you have any clients who are looking for a second home or thinking of moving here referrals are always appreciated and compensation always respected.  Have a great day!  Christopher Cole
