I love to tell my buyers and sellers about how good our market is in this state. Wall Street Journal rated St. Louis #5 as one of the most stable markets..it usually gets a response of...Oh really??? I show them the news paper clipping or pull it up on the web. I think statistics are so important in our field!

2007 was my best real estate year ever and 2008 is starting off great too! I'm big on statistics too. The local paper loves to dwell on the negative but we know the truth. It's still a great time to buy and sell!!! Great to see another PSP agent blogging.
