By
Real Estate Agent with VISION REALTY WINDSOR INC. Brokerage

IF I'M DREAMING , PLEASE DON'T WAKE ME!!

Once upon a time an ambitious person entered a successful establishment with a reputation for top sales, integrity and great service. He/She walked right up to the owner and said:

"Sir, I am very impressed with your establishment. I would like to come on board and build a career here. I can promise you l will work hard and I'll do a great job. In return all I ask for is the following:

•·       First, I'd like you to offer my friends and family  services offered in your establishment.

•·       And  commission should be paid to me on everything they purchase, every time they buy or sell

•·       Of course; I expect unlimited earning potential

•·       Lets not forget that I will have the ability to offer these services throughout my state/province and not be hindered by undo or unreasonable territory limits

"Now, when I do well, I expect lots of praise and - ah yes! even some recognition!

"By the way, I'm afraid I am not into the 9 to 5 scene. So I'll want to set my own schedule and work when it suits me best.

"And of course, I want to balance my career with my family."

"O.K., think that about covers it. So when can I start?"

After the owner recovered from his shock, he roared with laughter. "YOU CAN'T BE SERIOUS! YOU'RE LIVING IN A DREAM WORLD. YOU'LL NEVER FIND AN OPPORTUNITY LIKE THAT- ANYWHERE!"

HE WAS WRONG - THAT PERSON COULD BE YOU OR ME. WE FOUND THAT OPPORTUNITY AS AN INDEPENDENT REALTOR!

IT'S ALL IN HOW YOU LOOK AT IT!!!!! HOW FORTUNATE ARE WE... ARE WE MAKING THE MOST OF WHAT WE HAVE?
