Photographs in the Light of Early Morning

Morning is an important time of day, because how you spend your morning can often tell you what kind of day you are going to have.    DANIEL HANDLER (as Lemony Snicket), The Blank Book

Since so many home searches are done online, the quality of the photographs are extremely important.

Lighting can make or break a photograph.  Lighting sets the mood.  Lighting helps create the feeling.

I think there is something special about the light early in the morning.   I'm continually experimenting with natural lighting in my photography.

Sondra I so agree about the importance of light in photography. Direct, very bright, through clouds, sunlit or artificial, time of day. I even had a light meter as a little boy. Checked light in stores. It sure does affect mood. Think of too many dreary days. It can be depressing. Excellent photos of yours as always.

Great pictures Sondra. Well done on getting up early and capturing that natural indirect light. We all know people that only experience this time of day through photography because they sleep till PM.

Funny but true.

Sondra, Beautiful pictures.  You are so right, the right lighting can make all the difference.  When I photograph a listing,  may go back at different hours of the day to try and get it right.

Hi Sondra, Great job capturing the different light exposures. Learning how light affects image and how to capture it is a real gift. Light experimentation is so important to good images. Learning how to control natural light and exposure creates some of the most remarkable works.
