Flipper home. What was is no longer. The job is finished.
Remember back when the fun began on this home? It has been a smooth ride for the most part. The only issues we had with the home was waiting on the plumbers and the electricians to get their jobs done so we could proceed along with the project.
I had done an estimated time loss and come up with the time calculation of Two weeks.
This was based on the "NO SHOW" days by the plumbing and electrical contractors.
So in all actuality the home could have been completed two weeks earlier than we did complete the home.
The good news is we did complete the home and now have moved on to another project of building some new interior office spaces.
Enough about me, how about a look into the home that took Three months to complete.
This Flipper home started with the first post. Check http://actvra.in/Qpz the pictures and compare them to the finished product.
Remember this shot?
Now take a look at the kitchen area.
Same shot only finished now.
Here is a look at the rest of the kitchen.
The new utility room.
We had carpeted the bedrooms and added all new appliances including the washer and dryer.
Here is a peek at the bath.
Here is a look to the living room from the dining room.
The only thing left to do is add drapes and or window treatments.
Then the home is ready to move in. We passed inspection yesterday and got the Certificate of occupancy.
Have a great day everyone.
