The city of Westminster Colorado is in the middle of a very active wave in its real estate market, in which both buyers and sellers are benefiting from.   Current and recent past Market  patterns are reflecting single family ranch homes are the most common type of house being listed and sold in Westminster, and the list and sold prices for these homes are not varying much at all.

There are currently over 200 hundred properties for sale in Westminster, scattered all over the city.  Mostly all of these are single family homes, but a few are town homes and condos, and most all of the single family homes are 2 story homes, with a few ranch style.  These homes have been on the market for an average of 97 days, and are listed at an average price of $479,078 which is roughly $189 per square foot.

The market over the past three months is very similar to the trends seen today.  Within that time frame, nearly 500 homes were sold averaging a mere 63 days on the market.  The sold homes fit  the identical criteria of homes on the market today all but exactly. 

Movement in Westminster’s real estate market has slowed down, but only slightly enough to be seen as a hiccup.  There is still significant inventory for buyers and the market is moving fast enough for sellers to be at an advantage as well; the market conditions can certainly be defined as symbiotic for all parties involved and does not show signs of slowing down anytime soon.
