It’s hard to find a hot buy in a “hot market” with high demand and low inventory, but last night Norma Toering & Team showed 30 Chuckwagon in Rolling Hills and were delighted with what we discovered. At $1,450,000 we were expecting to find a fixer, and we did, but it’s a fixer with loads of potential and good bones already in place. The four bedrooms are large, the living room has a beamed cathedral ceiling and an over-sized fireplace. There’s a gorgeous city lights view out the front door and the backyard has a large swimming pool overlooking the canyon.
Toss in a nearly one acre lot and located in the gated community of Rolling Hills with miles of riding trails, plus the property is zoned for horses (it was dark but I did not see any existing horse facilities) and I think it becomes a hot buy for sure. Rolling Hills is filled with multi-million dollar equestrian estates and high-end luxury homes. In my opinion, it would be a savvy move to invest in remodeling this one-story ranch home in the exclusive neighborhood of Rolling Hills.
