Learn How to Generate Leads with Your Blog Starting February 21st

Education & Training with ActiveRain University

Blogging Boot CampBlogging Boot Camp Series

Blogging Boot Camp will kick off again on February 21st. If you are interested in getting the most out of your real estate blog on ActiveRain, we'll take a very structured approach to teach you how to create blog posts that help your business and get you in front of people interested in using you as their real estate agent.

If you feel like you could use some help getting your blog to rank in the search engines, or getting your blog to generate more leads for your business, you need to be in this series of classes.

Class 1: SEO, Getting Your Content to Rank on the First page

Thursday February 21st, 9am Pacific Time (12pm Eastern Time)

Class 1 Recap and Recording

In this class I'll show you how to get your posts to rank on the first page of the search engines. We'll talk about the fundamentals of a good strong post in terms of SEO and we'll also talk about what kind of things are the most effective for you to write about in order to make sure you land on that first page. We'll also show you a few secrets about what people search for as they get closer to buying. It will be no time before you have a post with thousands of clicks from potential buyers.

That last paragraph is the 'company line' on what to expect. The truth is that you absolutely want to take this class to make sure your blog is pointed in the right direction. This is the most important class you will take on ActiveRain and one that many of our members take multiple times.

Class 2: Understanding Keyword Phrases and Unlocking Their Secrets

Thursday February 28th, 9am Pacific Time (12pm Eastern Time)

Class 2 Recap and Recording

In class one we teach you how to get your content to rank in the search engines. But how do you figure out what you are going to write about? This second class shows you some of the ways people search for content online and we dive into the concepts around how we should think about keyword phrases and some of the ways we should target people doing searches online. As a special bonus we give you the chance to download a PDF with 500 keyword phrases that have been searched in the last 30 days. Some simple tweaks for your market and you have enough blog ideas to keep you busy for months.

Class 3: Creating Effective Calls to Action

Thursday March 7th, 9am Pacific Time (12pm Eastern Time)

Class 3 Recap and Recording

Once you have people finding your blog posts, you need to make sure you can get that visitor to take an action that will allow you to turn them into a prospect for your business. In this class we talk about some of the most important calls to action that you can use in your blog to get people to click, fill out their information and become a lead or prospect for your business.

Each class in this series builds on the previous class. We do record all classes but I am firm believer that joining us live is much better because you have a chance to ask questions and interact with us to get the best understanding of how to do this stuff.

Bonus Class: Blog Post Reviews

Thursday March 14th, 9am Pacific Time (12pm Eastern Time)

Blog Post Reviews Recap and Recording

Once you have taken the other three classes, we are hoping that you jump in and start creating blog posts with the information you have learned. The reality is, if you don't do it after taking the classes, you probably won't do it at all.......and you just wasted three hours of your time.

So I'll assume you are going to write a post or five. In this class we will review blog posts from those taking the boot camp series and look at some examples of posts and some of the things we can do to make them better and some of the things people are doing that hit the mark. You will have a chance to have your blog post reviewed in this class.
