The senior community of Whispering Palms, snuggly hidden away on the southwest outskirts of Hemet, California is a beautifully landscaped, gated community for those over 55 years of age.
Whispering Palms is home to about 129 homes. Approximately 45 of them are spacious manufactured homes, built in 1990-1992 and the remaining 84 or so homes are stucco built homes with clay tile roofs. This phase of the tract was constructed in 2001-2002.
The builder named the collection the Carribean Collection. All of the streets in the development are named after the islands, such as Barbados, Bahama, Cayman, Bermuda, St. Croix, Martinique, St. Barthelemy, Trinidad and Tobago.
There hasn't been much real estate activity over the past few years to speak of, however, recently, we have seen an increase in listings and sales in the area.
There are 2 homes that are currently in escrow, which were both listed at approximately $150,000. Both were 2 bdrm 2 bath homes with about 1745 square feet. Both stucco built homes.
There is one active listing new on the market for approximately $159,000 which offers 3 bdrms and 2 baths, with about 1806 square feet.
Whispering Palms in Hemet is a very desirable address for seniors, which is jusst a stones throw from Seven Hills Golf Course Community.
Home listings are usually sold pretty quickly in Whispering Palms. Some of the amenities of Whispering Palms include, gated community, pool and clubhouse, monthly dining excursions, planned activities in the clubhouse.
