Nick Crane, Young Real Estate and Forestry Nick Crane

A few of you may have noticed Nick on Active Rain, although his only blog so far was featured, he has been too busy with school and work to write much.  Maybe if we get ahead here someday I will give him some time off to write a few more blogs.

In elementary school Nick was gaining inspiration from the likes of Zig Ziglar, Nido Qubein, Harvey MacKay, Lou Holtz, Bob Crane and other business leaders.

By the time he was in High School, he was paying his way through a high caliber boarding school, St Lawrence Seminary, and working for Woodland Management during the summers, where in addition to being the top producer on the inventory crew, he quickly rose to the status of doing training and quality control of many others who were recent college graduates.

Nick Crane  After HS, Nick considered becoming a priest, and still is considering it, but first decided to get his Forestry degree and work for his father for a few more years.

Nick is still working for Woodland Management Service and Stevens Point Properties where he has gone beyond an employee now and has become a partner in both companies.Nick Crane

Even though Nick just recently earned his Forestry degree and is still working on his MBA, he still puts in more production time than any other staff member and I don’t know how we would survive without him.

I am constantly getting calls from competitors wanting to hire Nick, luckily he is loyal and has resisted the immediate cash and focused on the future, the company he will own someday, and the Clients who rely on his skills and expertise.Nick Crane

We also have several clients who request Nick by name for their projects, including our largest client Plum Creek Timberlands who know that Nick will get the project done on time and that the quality will always be exceptional.

When only the best will do, call on Nick Crane and the WMS Crew!

Nick sounds like an amazing young man.  Congrats to him for getting his undergraduate degree and decision to pursue his MBA.  He also sounds like a hard worker with great family values.   I certainly understand why he hasn't had time to blog more.

Take care,

He may have gotten a good college education, he has gotten his foundation from his dad. Much more valuable than all the college educations. Thank you for sharing the post with all of us.

Bob- somehow I have the feeling that all of Nick's achievments and talents notwithstanding, much is owed to his dad.  What is it they say.. as the TREE is bent so grows the tree. Telll him I want another post from him to read!

Hi Bob - I've been missing Nick here on Active Rain, but after reading your post here (I'm not sure how I missed it before) can see he might be otherwise occupied.
