In keeping with the character of the city, the homes at Valinda have a Spanish flair and are available in 4 floor plans each with three unique architectural elevations delivering a luxurious custom look and feel. The homes offer 4-5 bedrooms and come in both single level and two story configurations. Lot size is also a plus with a minimum 10,000 square feet lot, many of which offer panoramic views of the surrounding hills.
I had an opportunity to view the model homes this afternoon and was very impressed – Woodbridge Pacific Homes has done very nice work on delivering a unique luxury neighborhood that should appeal to many buyers in this price range. It is important to note that the 70 home development is in Phase 6 and only a few remain – my understanding is that there will be a “Future Release” but if you are looking for a great home at Valinda at Rancho San Juan do not wait as the remaining homes will sell fast. The remaining Phase Six homes range in price from $826,000 to $890,000 – prices accurate as of 2/5/13. The homes in this phase range from 2804 square feet to 3889 square feet.
I absolutely loved many of the design elements offered in the Valinda homes: beautiful open kitchens, outdoor living spaces with fireplaces, courtyards, designer wood and tile flooring, and of course the large lots with lovely views of the hills. Here are pictures of the three models:
