TAR Winter Meetings

I just attended the TAR winter meetings, and again learned stuff I didn't think I would. It's great hearing thoughts from other parts of Texas, or Zipform reps telling us about new & exciting products. The city of Austin is always a joy to visit as well. It was also interesting hearing how HAR.com is beating Zillow, Trulia, and Realtor.com on getting web hits. I started getting involved in the association side of local Real Estate at 23 and have enjoyed several benefits from it. I would encourage all young or new Realtors to explore the opportunities volunteering at your local association can offer.
