Yoga on the beach on Anna Maria Island - I had a great experience of doing yoga on the beach this morning. You can drop by for classes on Saturdays and Sundays at 8:30 a.m. right at the beach access on the Gulf of Mexico side of Pine Ave in Anna Maria. Reservations aren't required and donations are accepted. The class is for all levels. There are 4 instructors that rotate through the schedule each month. Bring your water and a sheet or over sized towel to sit on. It's a great way to start the day feeling refreshed.
