Linda, the deck is really large and there's a beautiful large oak tree in the yard. I love the deck on this house!
Jackie, there is lots of space in this house. It has a really nice Open Floorplan that's great for entertaining. 3 Living area -- well, 4 if you include that great deck!

Karen, this is a nice house! I love the floorplan -- great for entertaining. The Arbor at Sonoma Ranch is a great neighborhood. The Elementary school is within walking distance and they're building a new middle school within the Sonoma Ranch Community too. Close to some great shopping and Univ. of Texas at San Antonio is 10 minutes away. Come on down to San Antonio!

Teri, thanks for stopping by. No, it's not a KB -- it's a D. R. Horton home.
KB has a lot of subdivisions here in San Antonio. So does D. R. Horton and they build a really nice home. I like the D. R. Horton neighborhoods. They usually have a community pool and playground. There's a nice community pool in The Arbor at Sonoma Ranch.

Judi - Well, of course the deck is considered a living area. That back yard is without a doubt meant for entertaining family and friends and the community definitely sounds like it would be a great place for families.
