Real estate in orlando has started climbing for the last year, its been a steady climb with areas that where below market are now starting to show an increase in value.
Areas include AVALON PARK, PARK MANOR, RIO PINAR, WATERFORD LAKES, CYPRESS SPRINGS, OVIEDO, UNIVERSITY AREA UCF.
Also on the upside are the commercial market and condos downtown. Units are selling for 200k and up for small one story units, 1 year ago these same units where selling for about 100k or less.
