Well I just went live with HunterOfHomes.com (my website) today! There are a few bugs to work out and a blog that will be added in a few days. I wanted a site that was relatively simple and easy to navigate (something my dad could use :-). If anyone has a chance to check it out let me know what you think. Any feedback would be very much appreciated! I hope everyone is having a great year so far.
I have to agree with the others Josh, nice site just a bit busy on the top. It is an easy website to use which is very important. Hope this helps!
Good Luck,

Josh,
The site looks fine, appearance okay by me. My question is what is the purpose of use site? I couldn't figure out what you were trying to accomplish. If I were surfing and came across your site I did not see any reason to stay. Looks like 10,000 other sites. My website while not as pretty has two major goals.
- Marketing: it captures email addresses by offering free reports.
- Personalizes me: it shares a lot of personal information about me. As a lender I ask a lot of personal questions of my clients and I refer them to my site before we every meet. This eases their fears by sharing my personal information.
It also offers some minor options like directions, place for referrals, lists Realtors I work with, and some helpful buyer information and tools. Basically, some useful fluff. I will email client links to specific areas such as direction to my office or if someone has a referral for me I will send a link to a referral form. Look at my signature below that I include in every blog and email I send.
So, what do you want you site to do for you? Does it do that?
You know Josh, maybe it is just a generational thing, but I really like the flash at the top.
The rest of the first page is smoothe and simple. The focus is on just a couple of items, the ones that will generate buisness. Very attractive and professional, did you design it or hire out?
