So i have seen some of my agents, and agents in other offices with the "sit & wait" attitude and mentality. Waiting for that door to open, or that phone to ring, or that great email, all from that client who is going to make them rich for that day...is this what being a REALTOR is all about? I know all I can do is offer opinions on this, but i feel strongly that sitting around waiting on leads is wishful...very wishfull thinking...especially for new agents.
As in the book THE MILLIONAIRE REAL ESTATE AGENT as a a REALTOR you are first and foremost a Lead Generator. If YOU dont generate leads, you dont thrive as an agent. There are many ways to do this, but that is a different BLOG. I do know that sitting in the office in eager wait is not one of the ways to generate and produce leads...and i for sure know that playing solitare on the computer will not generate a lead either.
