Professional Property Management in San Antonio, TX

By
Real Estate Broker/Owner with RE/MAX Unlimited

Today we started off our busy day by having to participate in a Writ of Possession. This is the final step in the eviction process where the owner of the rental property, or their property manager has to meet the local sheriffs at the property with a moving crew to physically remove a tenants personal belongings out onto the curb! It is not a pleasant experience for anyone. The owners of the rental home had been "managing it themselves" to save on management fees. This wound up costing them several thousands of dollars in lost rent, eviction fees, locksmith fees, and moving company fees. In the end they wound up hiring my office to manage their property and assist them in evicting the non-paying tenants.

My office has over twenty years of experience in property management. We pre-screen our prospective tenants and do inspections to verify the condition of the home, we keep digital photographs of the home prior to renting and after each tenant moves out. It's a specialized field with lots of liability if the managing of the rental property is not done correctly.

Hire professional management companies to rent your home. It's worth it! In San Antonio and surrounding areas, my office can assist you in Professional Property Management. Email us with any questions at remaxunlimitedtx@gmail.com.

Hello Beatrice -- welcome to ActiveRain with much success to you along the way.  As Brenda recommended the resources available here on AR University and throughout the membership will be very helpful to you for networking and successful business practices.  Good luck.

I can understand where landlords might think they can handle the running of investment properties but they can prove to be very time sensitive.
