Another Happy Family Moves to Caldwell  Idaho!  

I love helping folks find their next home...whether it be a starter home, or a move up home...or in this case a "next phase of life" home....Lynn and Robin

I got a call from a previous client that his sister had a Realtor....but she only sold part time...and that they kept missing out on homes due to the Realtor's schedule.  

The Sister sent a message to her  Realtor that she wanted out of her Buyers Representation Agreement...

I set her up on Auto Emails...and a house popped up...I showed it and wrote it up and we were in contract immediately....(so nice to meet a clients expectations...and better to exceed them)  

We were off and running...and the lender even closed this transaction a week early!   

Everyone is Happy.....and another Buyer will soon be retiring to the Caldwell Idaho area!  

What more can you ask for!!!
