Wow! What a difference a year can make! I have been selling real estate for around 10 years and we have now hit the lowest inventory levels in years! We used to average 13,000 to 14,000 just in Gwinnett County at any given time....we are lower than 1,900 right now! (single family detached per FMLS listing service). Forsyth and North Fulton Counties also need more homes to sell. Our buyers are getting frustrated at the low inventory and multiple offers this market is causing. If you or a friend or family member have been thinking about selling...please let me know! We can at least look at the situation and see if prices have come back enough for folks to want to sell!
