Why Aren't More Real Estate Agent's Using Video Tours?

I put a video tour on the internet on a Wednesday and that weekend the listing agent received an offer that sold the home, that had been on the market for six months. And, they sold many of the furnishings using the video tour. A direct connection of the seller and the buyer. I understand a realtor wanting to be able to get buyers into "their" office but these videos aren't just to attract buyers to the agents, they are giving buyers the opportunity to go on virtual open houses 24/ 7, and be able to narrow their search. No more driving around looking at houses for hours or days, now they can go look at the exact homes that interest them from the video tours. I filmed a home that I didn't care for from the photos but when I saw it in person and now on video my opinion changed completely for the better.

With over 90% of new home buyers going on the internet before talking to an agent, don't you want to be the one that they find with powerful marketing tools like a video tour? They are very affordable so you could do one for every listing. It's not just about doing things that are different, it's about doing the things that will sell the house, like a video tour.
