I had dinner last night at one of my favorite restaurants, Roy's Hawaiian Fusion Cuisine. I love this restaurant they have great food, atmosphere and most of all great service!
If you haven't made your reservations for Valentine's Day yet try Roy's you will not be disappointed. They are preparing a menu with Love and Passion for an evening of romance. In fact for the month of February they have a special couples menu every night.
They have a great happy hour they call the Aloha Hour with $6.00 drinks and appetizers, one of the best deals in town. One of my personal favorite's is the Hawaiian Style Misoyaki Butterfish in a sizzling soy vinaigrette, it melts in your mouth.
Another great thing they do is they have a wine of the month club. The next one is Tuesday, February 18th at 6:30, you can try 6 different wine from Italy, Argentia and Chile. Chef Charles will prepare delicious selections from his kitchen to go with these wonderful wines. This even is only $20.00 per person and sells out fast so you want to make your reservations as soon as possible!

One of the great things about our desert is we have so many restaurants over 1600 to be exact. You would never think this area would have so many great restaurants but they do!
Wheather you are a full time resident or visiting for a week, month or 6 months you will not run out of restaurant's to visit.
