You are a professional Home Stager.

You know, its about presentation, when you prepare a home for sale or resale.

So to, its about presentation for your business. And just as curb appeal is part of the equation when you market a home, so to is curb appeal when you market your business.

There is no denying that a significant portion of the market place finds their home stager by doing an online search. Most people (70%) use Google according to industry stats. So it makes sense to be sure to maximize your "curb appeal" on Google.

And now there is a way to do just that. And it's both easy and affordable.

I've done my testing, I've proven my point and now I am rolling out my Done For You YouTube Video Placement Service.

I would love you to be one of my first success stories. Won't you take a few minutes to read about it and watch the videos I have prepare on my main blog page: http://homestagingbusinesstips.com/blog

If you have any questions about it, please email me at enetwal@gmail.com and put "home staging Video Questions" in your subject line, and I will get back to you ASAP.

Earl- interesting idea.  Stagers realize the importance of our visual presentation and I'm sure many are using video as well.  Best of luck!

Hi Earl,

We've used YouTube for many years now to chronicle our projects and increase our SEO.   When linking YouTube to an AR blog, or signing our AR blogs with a YouTube video we get 'views' - kind of.   Unfortunately, most people won't take the time to completely view even the shortest video.  Also, staging clients wouldn't think of searching YouTube as a source for their stager.   The D.I.Y. crowd is the crowd most likely to visit YouTube for home staging tips.

YouTube's a great tool, but I'm afraid it's been replaced in effectiveness and SEO by Pinterest.  Interestingly, I can not only create 'boards' of my staging projects, I can embed a video on that board.  But, again, the videos don't seem to be an effective tool to create business.

Have a look at our YouTube channel through our website: www.houstonhomestaging.net

One other thing, embedded YouTube videos in an AR blog, may, or may not get counted as 'views' by YouTube.  They've got a funny way of counting clicks and views.....

Relatively few people will use Yoiutube to find home stagers. That's the key point about my system. It's not creating the Youtube Videos. It's getting them seen by people in your market, when they are looking for a home stager that matters.

By getting the video to rank so it shows up on the first page of Google results for a releevant search is the Gold in this process, and the value I bring to the equation.

While you can put videos on Pinterest, getting people to find you in your town on Pinterest is difficult. People my stumble across you on PINTEREST but it pretty hard to search geographically there. On Google, people will and do search geographically, and Google provides geograhically based results.Tht is why 70% of people use Google when searching for local based businesses.
