HAPPY VALENTINE'S DAY ACTIVE RAIN FAMILY!

I just wanted to take a moment to give a shout out to the Active Rain family!  If you are new to AR, you may not truly understand how this blogging community can become like a family.  Hopefully soon however, you will reap the benefits of this wonderful group of people as you continue to blog and meet new friends.

Active Rain became a family for me very early on after I penned my first blog.  They lovingly guided me along as a neophyte and encouraged me to continue.  More importantly however, they became true friends.

After blogging for only a few months, my life took a serious turn and I as told to get my affairs in order.  Thankfully, here I am today alive and well!  The coolest thing was the outpouring of love and support that came from right here in this community!

I will forever be so grateful for the flowers, cards, notes, emails and gifts that came to me during that scary time!  I was completely surprised by the love that I received from this incredible community!  I have thanked you all before but I will never forget this!

So, HAPPY VALENTINE'S DAY to my Active Rain buddies!  And this includes those on the AR Staff!  You all are wonderful and I am sending you a warm hug today!  Love to all!

Hi Paula, That is such a wonderful sentiment. Especially on this day , we need more and more of this. I know one thing for certain, there is no such thing as loving people too much. It is more the other way around that leaves so many feeling empty and lacking the will to make a difference. BTW, I am certainly glad you are going to be around. This land needs all the advocates for love it can get, besides that, it feels especially good in the heart to know you are OK.
