I am bringing clients to see a few homes that are a great value that are going to auction. I also like to look at bank owned homes, short sales, what ever works.
Times are changing. I am happy to say that I love keeping up with education and new financing coming to the market. I believe that if you take a listing, you SHOULD market it. Dont take the listing then put a sign in the front yard and a listing on mls!! There is a difference in what realtors DO. I love working with people and the SATISFACTION of helping a single mom with kids get assistance and BUY a HOME!!!!
I think short sales, reo's auctions are the way to go, its here for a while. investing in homes outside of CA is the way to go. Where else can you get a home to CASH FLOW!!!
