If you have been looking to buy a Lone Tree home, you already know that it is one of the smaller communities in south Denver metro area, in relation to amount of homes. That is still changing a bit as there is still some new construction homes in the Lone Tree area. But as they they say, great things come in small packages and Lone Tree may be small in numbers but it sure packs a punch in desirable communities. With many community benefits, a location perfect for so many commuters numerous other positive qualities, Lone Tree real estate is an excellent choice for many people and for many is a wonderful place to call home.
There is a larger supply of inventory in Lone Tree than other areas of Denver ~ in relation to activity. The amount of supply is considered at a little over 10 1/2 months of Lone Tree real estate inventory. Pricing, location and condition are going to remain key as we soar into February and then the spring. There are Lone Tree home buyers out there, and if you want them putting an offer in on your home, you need to take notice to those factors and take them very seriously.
Here are numbers for January 2008 regarding the real estate activity in Lone Tree, Colorado.
On February 1, 2008, there were 87 homes that were Active Listings - Homes for Sale in Lone Tree.
Of those, 23 were new Lone Tree real estate listings in January.
In January 2008, there were 8 homes that were Under Contract.
7 homes in Lone Tree closed in January.
