Last December I was invited to listen to a webinar hosted by Hubspot which operates Website Grader (BTW, a wonderful tool!) The webinar was a chat with Paul Gillin about his book the "The New Influencers". As wonderful as it was to listen in, I was also lucky enough to win a copy of the book, thank you Hubspot!

"The New Influencers" by Paul Gillin

Whenever I find the time, and my computer is not around (I am sure many of you do most of your reading online too!) I read the book. This is a wonderful book on how blogging is changing marketing and how bloggers INFLUENCE others. So far I am just about two thirds of the way through it, and there are many (many!) highlights and notes on the margins.

I am absolutely captivated by this book and suggest to all of you ActiveRain members that you should get your hands on this book. I had decided to buy the book after listening to the webinar, and then I was lucky enough to win it!

Hi Kathy, you're welcome! FYI, I was born in Tucson, lived there and Phoenix until we moved to San Diego when I was 11. Our market slowed down in August, when the mortgage mess hit, and we were slower to heat up when the market was last booming. The slow down is starting to show some signs of picking up here.
