You will reap what you sow

You will reap what you sow. If you think about it, this saying applies to so many areas of our life.

  • As a real estate professional - if you devote part of your day to prospecting you will find new clients.

  • Tulips As a real estate professional - if you took care of your old clients and stay in touch with them, they will send you referrals.

  • Prospective Buyers – make the sacrifices to ensure your finances are in good shape order so that you can buy the house you want.

  • Potential Sellers - Time making repairs, cleaning and staging will pay dividends when prospective buyers look at your house. Of course, your house has to be priced correctly.

  • Home Owners - Preventive maintenance will save costly repairs in the future.

  • Gardeners - you will literally reap what you sow.   Sharon Lee planted over a thousand flower bulbs last fall. 350 of them were tulips. Just imagine how beautiful her yard is going to be this spring.

Whoever sows sparingly will also reap sparingly, and whoever so generously will also reaps generously.

 2 Corinthians 9:6

Sincerely,

Sondra-Thank you for the mention and I am so looking forward to Spring to reap the benefits of all those bulbs. Many of the tulips have already emerged as well as the hyacinth's.  I will be sure to share pics. I love the flowers and the Bible verse. It is pretty cool you remembered that I mentioned that in one of my blogs. A good memory. Have a great Sunday and terrific week.

It is all about the seeds and the soil as well as you know that Biblical teaching. I like to think of it as where and how we spend our time Sondra, the currency of our lives. It is so much cause and effect if you want to look at it that way. You also have to be in the game. Nobody hits a home run unless you come up to bat. Ha Ha, I am full of little quotes today. Or FULL OF IT. LOL. Talk to Sharon. She will agree with the latter. Great post as always. And we want those Sharon garden photos!!

Excellent post.

Best wishes for a most productive week as home buyers continue to take advantage of the very low mortgage interest rates.

Well I love to garden. My passion is veggies of all kinds and herbs. I really do reap what I sow.

From a real estate perspective I also agree and this is a great analogy. Suggested.
