I want to give you some information regarding Palmers Acres subdivison Plymouth Michigan but first here's a little history lesson on Plymouth Michigan: The city of Plymouth was built where three Potawatomi Indian trails converged at the Rouge River. The first settlers arrived in 1825, and named the township in honor of the first American settlement at Plymouth Rock where some of them had lived.  Attracted by the land act of 1820, which made property available at $1.25 an acre, the first settlers arrived here in 1824. The first home was built in what is now the city in 1825. The first actual people to settle in Plymouth Township, were Allen and William Tibbets. They had bought 800 acres of land and settled on them, in the latter part of 1824. Others soon joined, but it wasn't until the Spring of 1825, that a sufficient number of settlers formed a real community. 


From the turn of the century until 1958 Plymouth MI was the air rifle capital of the world.  More bb guns were manufactured here than anywhere else during those years and part of the original factory still stands!

Here is the latest information on Palmers Acres subdivision Plymouth Michigan: It has approximately 113 homes in it and last year sold 2 homes with an average length on the market of 136 days.  The homes at Palmers Acres subdivision Plymouth Michigan were built during the years of 1920 - 1997. The homes are mostly Ranch, bungalow, Colonial and Cape Cod style homes.  Most of the homes have brick exteriors & brick/vinyl & brick/wood exteriors, 1 & 2 car garages, 3-4 bedrooms,  1.5 + bathrooms, and basements.


Square footage of the bungalow homes range from 1200 - 1500 square ft.
Square footage of the ranch homes range from 800 - 2200 square ft.
Square footage of the cape cod homes range from 1300 - 2400 square ft.

The school district is Plymouth Canton Schools.

The location of the subdivision is between Ann Arbor Rd and Joy and between Main St and Sheldon.
