I have been in Dallas for the last three days at the Keller Williams annual training conference. Going from class to class learning from the best in the industry. My favorite, class so far was Build a Functional Buyer Agent and Showing Assistant Team by Aaron Armstrong. I have been take Aaron's MAPs coaching program about setting up this system.

My biggest Ah-ha from that class was to always ask yourself which of the three essential systems are you missing? People, systems or taining? If there is an issue, it must be with one of these three systems. Which do you think is the most important system?  "People", because you can create new systems and everything is trainable, but if you don't have the right person it can be very costly.

The other big Ah-ha was when Aaron said his buyers agent closed 227 transactions in 2012 out of which, 137 were buyer sides. Amazing, she really set the bar high, My goal this year is 120 transactions (almost half of what she closed).
