Dick, I have noticed that the largest segment of homes sold, active, being built and /or pending are mostly in the $100k to $300k range.  Apparently that is the price point in Ft. Collins and the surrounding areas.  Do you specialize in a particular price point or everything?

Hi Chris & Dick - Mary & I pretty much do it all - residential, attached, rural & horse property, land and a bit of commercial, in all price ranges. But you're right that most of the action is in the $100-$300k range.
