Single family home sales for the month of January were 4,733, a 23% increase from last year and the average price was up 4%.
Months of inventory:
North Dallas and Addison 2.6 (-43% from last year)
Preston Hollow 4.1 (-46% from last year)
Richardson 1.4 (-55% from last year)
Plano 1.8 (-44% from last year)
