Centennial, CO - Centennial REAL ESTATE & HOMES SALES NUMBERS FROM January 2008
REAL ESTATE MARKET ACTIVITY REPORT
Centennial, CO is another area seeing an increase in activity in the local real estate market for the New Year. Proper home pricing is key. You need to have your home in great shape (get that to-do list taken care of!) and priced right to compete against other Centennial homes in the area. And competing you are. Inventory levels for Centennial real estate are just under a 4 month supply - and although that number is good, it is typical for January numbers to be a bit lower as people do not usually list their homes in late December unless they absolutely have to. Now that we are through January real estate trends tell me we will see an increase in inventory in the weeks to come.
There is a lot of inventory out there but there are buyers and if you truly want to sell your home, you need to listen to your Denver REALTOR® and price it right. They can market it up and down and back and get plenty of traffic in there for you, but if the price isn't right, todays educated home buyers are going to chose another Centennial property that is priced right!
Here are numbers for January 2008 regarding the real estate activity in Centennial, Colorado.
