I am going to have to go back and look at my blogs and make sure they are linked. Thanks
How great! I'll have to start keeping up with the analytics. And it's a great idea to relink them. I hadn't thought of that. Keep up the good work!
Diane - Thx. It's cool that they keep growing.
Marcia - Excellent. Smart move.
Trisha - So glad I was able to share a good idea.
That's great Debbie, with all of your keywords, I can't imagine anything less for you!
Great Debbie, but unlike you we have lots of realtors writing about the same thing...i don't see anyone writing about hardwood flooring online...you have the market!!
Debbie - those are very impressive statistics! My top two posts have just 5000+ clicks and one of those has relatively few comments. It's interesting to know what creates "juice" and makes the phone ring.
Joanna - Thx so much. See you tomorrow.
Dorie - thank you.
Ginny - THat is partially true...but there are several other big players out there who I'm competing with - the national guys. I think the key here is long tail.
Michael - These are for my WP blog. On AR, my #'s are not as high. I have one w/ 10,000, one at 7,800, one at 6,500 and one at 5,200. Oh, and those are excellent results, and most esp since they don't have many comments - those are prob. local people finding you.
I am not the least bit surprised, Debbie. You write well about a popular subject and provide such valuable information for your consumers.
That's because you are writing about things consumers want to know about. Hardwood floors are something that many homeowners have and will need to maintain.
Debbie...you always post the most helpful tips! I may not have nearly as many clicks as you but still to figure out what were the most popular and link back to them is always a good idea.
Debbie- I have to agree with Gail in that I'm not in the market now for flooring and yet, I read your posts and always feel as if I've walked away with some bit of knowledge! Good for you... you've worked hard at it and you've shown us all what smart blogging can do!
w o w ! I can't click that fast on mine! do you have a whole active rain crew helping you?
Debbie congrats, you really have a great niche to work with and little competition when it comes to blogging about flooring. I have found your flooring postings very informative. So glad you are a member of AR
Debbie, I know I have been adding to some of those clicks, albeit much too infrequently. Analytics aside it's great to know an expert in their field and you're it Flooring Girl! Thank You for the education.
Hi Debbie,
That is a lot of clicks so obviously people are interested in flooring. It is popular with most homeowners and I am sure you are known as an expert in the field. Thanks for sharing and keep those great posts coming.
Jane - Thank you so much. You are so sweet and that means a lot to me.
Tammie - Yes, that's true. I think that it helps that I wrote them as questions, similar to how someone might type them into google.
Christine - Thanks so much. Yes, everything is relative and this is a very simple tip that should be easy to implement.
Gail - Oh my, you are too kind. Thank you so much. Most of the q's are inspired by what customers ask me or what you guys ask about in the comments.
Kathy - thank you so much. That also means so much to me. I'm glad you guys are learnng stuff, and I hope it helps you with staging and selling homes better.
Rebecca - Thank you so mich.
I had a flooring guy once tell me that the answer to the question of the last post is about 3 weeks, but nobody wants to take that much time!
Debbie, Those are AWESOME numbers, but it's not hard to see why you get those clicks. Solid content that answers questions the consumers have. Glad to see the success you're having, and you have to love the long shelf life of a properly written post.
Jay - LOL...3 weeks. That's crazy...unless it's a large home w/ tons of furniture so you need to do in 2 stages and wait 4 days in between to shift furniture around. Usually a week (or less) will suffice.
Bilz - Thx so much. Yes, the long shelf life is key. At least a couple of them get more than 2,000 clicks per month.
that is so wonderful!!! I really need to track that kind of thing more.. i also need to set time aside to write more "good" blogs that get hits!
Debbie our blogs do have a long shelf life as you say. I got a call yesterday from someone who read a Localism post that I did on a small local hardware store. The problem was that he was not looking for a Mortgage, but wanted to by an element for his electric stove ....... LOL
That's amazing...but good content is going to always get attention. You write great content! Good for you
Wow! That is certainly something to be proud of! YOU ROCK the blogging world, Miss Thing!! :))
Sheila - Yes, you can do in 5 mins or less. And, it's well worth it.
George - Yes, and that's why I focus on flooring and don't do that much about stuff not related.
Karen - Thank you so much. I really appreciate that.
Joni - Thank you. That means a lot to me.
Debbie-
I'm echoing the accolades above. You're a triple threat: Artisan, Writer, and SAVVY marketer. (And teacher!!! Quadruple!) Thanks for showing us how it's done!
Tom - Thank you. You are so sweet. I'm always happy to share the knowledge!
Debbie, you just know how to present yourself and your product~ great marketing!
You always use beautiful pictures while describing your case: a real situation about real people you met. No wonder people follow your posts. Congratulations on your success!
I will add another click as I always read your posts that are filled with good information
Inna - Thank you so much. You are so kind.
Margaret - thank you!
Debbie - These were all around a year or so ago. The 20,000 click one was Jan 8th, 2012, so I guess 1 year + 1 month.
That is really serious, there is a reason. The information you share is extremely useful and doesn't really get old.
Joe - Thanks so much. Yes, the info is timeless and can help people whenever the question comes up.
Congratulations and best wishes for continued success!
Have a most productive week.
WOW!!! Congratulations Debbie! That is awesome!!!
