I have a short sale that I have been working on for over a year. We are on our 7th representative from BoA.
We have had the offer for just as long.
My seller decided that she had to move and I helped her contact BoA to let them know that if they wanted to winterize to call me and I would let them in.
I got a rerturn call asking for a copy of the listing agreement which I sent and got confirmation of that. Mind you, this is all while negotiating for the short sale.
When my listing ran out, I called and informed them that we re-listed the property. I went to do a routine check as I do and then try and report back to them and found my lock box gone and a new lock box. 3 calls in as many days and now they won't call me back.
I have done 3 deals with these clowns and all have went much the same. Noe ever got done before 9 months after the offer came in.
From here on out...I am telling the people to run!!!
If any of my clients are thinking of using them for a loan I am telling them to RUN!!!!!!!
