Good morning, Dick -- affordability, less maintenance and generally a better location than what a buyer might find in a single family home in the same area --- while not for everyone townhomes and condos are a great option for many.  In Greeley CO - you are the go-to guy in all things real estate.

Dick your market seems to be continually stable.  Great!!!.  Again, the main price point is that $100,000 to $200,000 area.  A great place to be for a young professional.
