Your area has much in common Leesa with other areas of the country with the tightening supply. Excellent report with graphs. Good luck with the biz in 2013.

Midtown Atlanta GA Condos For Sale

Tightening inventory is not the word for it.

Had out-of-town Buyers in last week. Based on location and price in Midtown Atlanta, I had 1, repeat, O-N-E condo to show them.

Mind you, they listened to the Agent! We are Under Contract, cash closing in about 3 weeks. Yippie!

I'm wondering what there will be to sell in a few months!
