The new year of 2013 in January started off a bit slower with home sale prices reflecting a slow down with the median sales price and the number of homes sold, as compared to last month’s year ending December 2012 home sales. It also took homeowners a bit longer to get their homes sold during January.
In Coral Springs we are experiencing a Sellers Market. What does that mean, a Seller's Market? It means that Buyers are demanding homes for sale in Coral Springs and the inventory of homes is low to meet the needs of the number of Buyers who want to buy a home in Coral Springs.
