The Home Builders Association Manatee-Sarasota (HBA) has kicked off the annual Parade of Homes. The Sarasota Suncoast Team of Keller Williams Realty (Contact our team at 941.894.4063 and http://www.sarasotasuncoasthomes.com) was at the kick-off party to be certain to get the most information about available new home builder's properties for our buyers. The new home buyers we work with have have peace of mind knowing they are going to get the best deal when they walk into the builder's model to buy a home with the our team at their side. That's why we do our homework and check out the models.
