According to our local multiple listing service(MLS) there were 14 sales at Crystal Canyon in 2012. They ranged in closed price from $160,000 to $230,000 with an average price of $199,585(median $192,500). It should be noted three of those sales were townhomes which had an average closed transaction price of $229,296 in 2012 according to MLS statistics.
The Gold Line extension which is due to open in late 2015 will certainly enhance the appeal of Crystal Canyon and the city of Azusa making the rush hour commute much quicker to Pasadena, Downtown Los Angeles and throughout the area.
