I've been to Tx once and couldn't believe how much house I could get compared to Md. Why are these older properties more desirable than newer ones?

Bob, glad to hear home sales in Azalea Park subdivision Richardson, Texas are increasing. Most parts of the country seem to be doing much better. Last year was a very good year Here in Huntsville AL and this year is even busier...just my opinion, but we've turned the corner in the housing market.
