Just thinking of it, makes me smile.

About inventory, not all buyers are adjusted to a low inventory, they still 'want to see again or more', 'want to think', 'negotiate'......and it is ok, but not in this market. One must wait longer or be prepared to move fast and aggressive to get the house they like.
